IntroductionBefore I was born, the story already had a pulse.
I grew up in a single wide in Oregon and in homes full of movement, music, and migration.
I spoke Spanish at home and English in the world. I learned early how to read a room —
how to adapt, how to survive, and eventually, how to create beauty out of the mess.
This book is not about perfection.
It’s about transformation.
For every girl who had to grow up fast.
For every woman who’s ever been underestimated, silenced, or overlooked.
This story is for us — the ones who carry our roots and our resilience.
It’s for the daughters of hustlers, dreamers, and survivors who dared to build something new.
You don’t need a perfect past to build a powerful future.
You just have to choose yourself.
